We primarily serve the Harmony, PA area and surrounding communities.
For locations beyond a 25-mile radius from our office, a travel fee may apply.

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Weekend appointments may be available upon request with advance notice.
Emergency after-hours support is available for existing clients.
Service Questions
We support all major printer brands including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, and Xerox.
Our technicians are experienced with inkjet, laser, multifunction, and large-format printers.
If you have a specialty printer, contact us to confirm compatibility before scheduling service.
Service duration depends on the complexity of the issue:
Basic printer setup: 1-2 hours
Network printer configuration: 2-3 hours
Troubleshooting complex issues: 3-4 hours
Multi-device office setup: 4+ hours
We'll provide a time estimate when you schedule your appointment.
For new printer installations, you should have the printer and any necessary ink/toner cartridges ready.
For network setups, ensure you have your WiFi password available.
We'll bring all necessary tools and software. If additional parts or cables are needed,
we can either provide them (with prior approval) or advise you on what to purchase locally.
Technical Questions
Absolutely! Wireless printer setup is one of our most requested services.
We'll connect your printer to your WiFi network, install necessary drivers on your computers,
and ensure all devices can print wirelessly. We can also help troubleshoot connectivity issues
with existing wireless printers.
All our services come with a 30-day warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days,
we'll return to fix it at no additional charge. For new issues, standard service rates apply.
In rare cases where a printer cannot be repaired, we'll provide an honest assessment
and help you choose a replacement if needed.
We provide transparent pricing before any work begins and won't proceed without your approval.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover),
business checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior
arrangements have been made for business accounts. Invoices can be emailed or printed
on-site for your records.
