9. Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harmony, PA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law principles.

Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
